Typical Responsibilities:
- Supervise menus, hygiene, health and safety, staff, cleaning, waste control, stock levels and ordering
- Full understanding of H.A.C.C.P -Prepare special diets for residents and be aware of how religious and cultural backgrounds might impact dietary requirements
- Work within an agreed budget and guidelines
