The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success while ensuring a seamless transition from sale to delivery in collaboration with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities-
Driving New Business
- Identify, target, and secure new client opportunities across key sectors
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies
- Represent Cucumber Catering at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums
- Lead negotiations and successfully close new business deals
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing accounts
- Partner with operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
Strategic Growth
- Explore new sectors and geographic markets
- Identify high-value opportunities aligned with company goals
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis
- Contribute to long-term growth planning with senior leadership
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Deliver regular pipeline updates and performance reports
- Forecast growth and track key sales metrics
- Monitor conversion rates and continuously optimise performance
