We are looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Temporary Kiosk Staff to support matchday hospitality operations at a busy football stadium.
Working as part of the stadium catering team, you will serve customers from concourse kiosks and mobile food and beverage units during high-volume events, including pre-match and half-time periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve hot and cold food, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from stadium kiosks and mobile units.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced matchday environment.
- Process customer payments accurately using electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Set up kiosks and mobile units before events.
- Receive, organise, rotate and replenish stock as required.
- Complete inventory counts before and after shifts.
- Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas throughout the event.
- Work efficiently during busy pre-match, half-time and post-match service periods.
- Follow all relevant food safety, licensing, health and safety, and stadium operating procedures.
