Job Title: Barista / General Assistant (Agency)
Location: Various sites (flexible, agency-based)
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour (midweek)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (typically)
Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Baristas / General Assistants to join our agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are looking for flexible, weekday shifts across a variety of sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting with general front-of-house duties, including serving food and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Adhering to health & safety and food hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Ability to work efficiently in busy environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
- Reliability and punctuality
