What we need from you:
- At least 6 months experience in a UK based kitchen
- A good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability. Turn up, on time, ready to go
- Comfortable in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Happy to muck in with prep, cleaning, serving, plating, whatever's needed
